The fillet comes from inside the sirloin. The fillet does no work at all, so is extremely tender with an almost butterly texture. The fillet has very little or no fat.

10oz RIB EYE - £18.00
Rib eye comes, as the name suggests, from the fore rib. It is marbled with a central piece of fat and, because of that,  has a wonderful rich flavour and is very tender. 

8oz SIRLOIN - £18.00
This popular cut is very tender, juicy and well marbled with fat. Our sirloins are hung and aged by our butchers for 4 weeks to add flavour and tenderness.

12oz RUMP - £17.00
The steak-eater’s steak. Considered to have more flavour than other cuts and is taken from the lower back of the animal.  Our rump steaks are hung and aged by our butchers for 4 weeks.
It is served as a larger cut.
